Keep The Right Mindest

Most people who've been fired report that it is one of the roughest ,most difficult and terrible moments of their lives .But ,is it really the end?

Harvey Mackay is among a group of career counselors who surprisingly advise us that is can be the best thing that ever happens. He says:So,you just got fired? You're actually in luck.

The road to success is rarely a straight line, and even the most successful people have had their share of failures ."The odds are that we will get fired from our jops more than once in our lifetime,"he says."For those under the age of thirty ,it is 90percent certain that they will be fired in the next 20 years."

With that in mind ,Mackay set out to interveiw successful people about their experences of getting fired.

"Every one of them ended up richer for experience of having been fired—both literally and figuratively."

So,when the axe comes down ,remember that you're not alone and that it's not the end.

The key thing is to keep the right mindest .Mackay's advice:

The real opportunity for success lies within the person ,not the job.

Don't waste your time being bitter .Visualize acceptance.
